The GEL-KAYANO 19 is significantly lighter while maintaining its famous blend of cushioning and support that's perfect for mild to moderate overpronators.
An exciting new technology is the Guidance Trusstic, designed to work with the Guidance Line along the outsole. Together they encourage a more efficient gait while lending support to the midfoot.
The Clutch Counter creates a snug, supportive and dynamic fit around your heel. It also gives a bit more stability on the inside of your foot to compensate for overpronation.
The lightweight Hotmelt upper, with less stitches and less potential for irritation, provides improved comfort.
The GEL-KAYANO 19 is ideal for long training runs, offering both the support and comfort you need.
This shoe is also available in a WIDE fitting - T301N (different colour).
- 3M SCOTCHLITE™ - A special reflective material that enhances visibility when light is poor.
- AHAR+ - This is a thinner and lighter version of ASICS High Abrasion Resistance rubber. It is placed on heavy contact areas of the outsole to reduce excessive wear.
- BIOMORPHIC FIT - The Biomorphic technology is incorporated into the upper where the areas of highest deformation are found. This ensures a better fit, improved comfort, less risk of injury and enhanced performance.
- COMFORDRY SOCKLINER - This insole provides the optimum cushioning performance system, along with anti-microbial properties, creating a cooler, drier, healthier shoe environment.
- DISCRETE EYESTAY LACING - Independently placed eyelets disburse lace tension, creating a customised fitting enviroment and enhanced upper comfort, while reducing possible irritation.
- DURASPONGE - A blown AHAR rubber outsole material with high abrasion-resistant qualities for added durability, combined with a comfortable, cushioned ride.
