UK Standard Delivery Shipping Cost includes delivery to: UK Mainland, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, but excludes delivery to: Channel Islands.

If we do not list shipping presently for your country, or if you would like to check the postage on a particular item, please contact us BEFORE ordering for a postage quote, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
International orders will be despatched via Courier, Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
If you are a BFPO customer, we will deliver your parcel to the British Forces Post Office within 3-5 working days from despatch. You should then allow up to 30 days for your order to reach your base.
When placing an order to BFPO, please ensure you give us the following information:

Do not write any other address details after the BFPO number on the address, as this can lead to mail being diverted to the wrong BFPO location. Do not include destination country in the address, BFPO numbers are similar to a UK postcode whereby the sortation software simply reads the BFPO number and sorts to the appropriate location.
The delivery times given are only applicable to items we have in stock. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock (as we are both an online and high street retail store and as such stock sold in the high street store is not always deducted immediately from the online store); if is the case we will inform you of this and of the expected despatch date. Some items appearing on the website may occasionally no longer be available, and we reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time, even after an order has been placed. We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of your ordering an unavailable item and offer you either an alternative, or a refund all monies in the method in which they were originally paid.
Despatch and Estimated Delivery:
We aim to despatch (in-stock) goods within 2-5 days of your order being accepted, and payment being received and authorised. Goods should be delivered within 3-5 working days from despatch for Mainland UK. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man may take slightly longer – please allow up to 7 working days. International orders should be delivered within 5-14 working days from despatch, depending on destination and customs clearance times.
A Despatch Confirmation will be emailed to you once we have despatched your goods. If for some reason there is a delay in despatching items, we will inform you. If you have ordered multiple items, they may on occasion arrive separately.
Delivering to your Address:
Items will be delivered to the address you give to us at checkout, so please check this information is correct when you receive your Order Acknowledgement. Once your order has been accepted and processed, we are unable to change the delivery address the package is being sent to.
For UK deliveries, couriers will normally require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if requested (at your own risk) upon ordering. A card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place, a card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery.
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us, and we will refund the price of the goods excluding postage costs.
Please note that if you have requested that we leave your goods in an unsecure location (at your own risk), we cannot accept any liability for any resulting loss.
Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are entirely your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order if you have any queries.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach of any such laws by you.
For International orders, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. If an item has to be returned because it cannot be imported to your country, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping costs and any return postage & import costs incurred by us.
While we make every effort to have your goods delivered in the specified time, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time-frame, and we are not responsible, and have no liability to you, for any delays which occur whilst your goods are in transit with courier. We cannot also accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed delivery.
If your parcel doesn't arrive within 14 days for Mainland UK, and 28 days for International orders, give us a call or send an email and we'll track your parcel and find out why it hasn't been delivered. In the case of a missing parcel, we will attempt to locate the parcel. If we are unable to locate it within a reasonable time, we will ask you to fill out a missing parcels form in order that a claim can be made, and replacements will be sent.
